Dear Vice minister Cao,

Ladies and Gentlemen,

This is Vellrian Mark,,An obstetrician from California , America.I am really honored to come to Liupanshui and attend the first international infertility forum between China and America.

It’s said that Liupanshui is noted mostly as a Cool City of China. I have experienced that it is not only cool, but also very beautiful. Though I stay here for only a short time, everything I saw, such as simple folkway, hospitality, landscapes and the environment, has made a deep impression on me. I wish I could live in such a beautiful city for a long time.

Dear friends,

Healthy China 2020 strategy, formulated by China Health Department, is one of long-term and medium-term development plans and goals to improve the public health standard. I congratulate Liupanshui Friendly gynecology Hospital being one of the specified hospitals for HEALTHY CHINA 2020 Fertility Care Projects. And I am also of great honor to be one of the medical specialists of the project. I will do my best to raise Southwestern China people's health without any reasons.

來(lái)到這里我感覺(jué)到這里的民風(fēng)純樸、人們熱情好客，人與自然環(huán)境、山水和諧，是一座氣候宜人、適合居住的城市。真希望我能長(zhǎng)期生活在這樣一座美麗的城市。

“健康中國(guó)2020”戰(zhàn)略是中國(guó)衛(wèi)生部門以提高人民群眾健康為目標(biāo)的中長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展規(guī)劃，我祝賀六盤水友好婦科醫(yī)院成為該項(xiàng)工程即“健康中國(guó)2020不孕不育關(guān)懷工程指定醫(yī)院”，我也很榮幸能成為該項(xiàng)工程的醫(yī)療專家組成員，我將盡我所學(xué)為中國(guó)西南地區(qū)的人民的健康服務(wù)。
