李香真,男,博士,中國(guó)科學(xué)院成都生物研究所研究員。國(guó)際期刊Frontiers in Microbial Ecotoxicology and Bioremediation編委;Plos One編委;Annals of Microbiology編委, Associate editor。曾經(jīng)在中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)和中國(guó)科學(xué)院植物研究所工作學(xué)習(xí)多年,從事土壤生態(tài)學(xué)和植物生態(tài)學(xué)方面的教學(xué)和科研工作。2004年12月獲得德國(guó)康斯坦斯大學(xué)生物系博士學(xué)位(微生物學(xué)),研究方向是昆蟲腸道內(nèi)有機(jī)物質(zhì)的轉(zhuǎn)化及微生物學(xué)過(guò)程。

2005年4月-2009年5月:在美國(guó)俄克拉荷馬大學(xué)植物和微生物學(xué)系作博士后,研究脫硫弧菌氫氣代謝的途 徑。

2009年5月-2011年5月:在美國(guó)伊利諾伊大學(xué)香檳分校土木與環(huán)境工程系作博士后,主要利用環(huán)境基因組技術(shù)研究廢水處理過(guò)程中微生物的代謝途徑和微生物間的相互作用。

2009年5月-2011年10月:在伊利諾伊大學(xué)生物能源研究所工作,主要利用高通量測(cè)序技術(shù)和穩(wěn)定性同位素標(biāo)記技術(shù)研究能源植物(芒草、玉米、柳枝稷)根際微生物群落的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能。

2011年入選中國(guó)科學(xué)院“百人計(jì)劃”,到中國(guó)科學(xué)院成都生物所工作。主要從事環(huán)境微生物學(xué)、微生物生理學(xué)、環(huán)境基因組學(xué)和土壤生物學(xué)方面的研究,發(fā)表論文40余篇。目前的研究工作集中在以下幾個(gè)方面:1)利用環(huán)境基因組和轉(zhuǎn)錄組技術(shù)研究生物質(zhì)厭氧發(fā)酵過(guò)程中微生物群落的結(jié)構(gòu)、功能和相互作用;2)利用高通量測(cè)序技術(shù)研究微生物多樣性及對(duì)氣候變化的響應(yīng);3)脫硫弧菌氫氣代謝的生物化學(xué)過(guò)程。[1]
