工作簡歷：1988 07 — 1993 08 四川省中醫(yī)藥研究院藥物種植研究所從事科研工作;1996 07 — 2005 02 西南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)生物技術(shù)中心從事科研教學(xué)工作;2005 03 — 2006 03 日本名古屋市立大學(xué)進行訪問研究;2006 03 — 2008 11 西南大學(xué)生物技術(shù)中心從事科研教學(xué)工作;2008 11 — 至今 西南大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院從事科研教學(xué)工作.

學(xué)術(shù)榮譽或?qū)I(yè)團體任職：重慶市生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)學(xué)會 副秘書長；重慶市322人才工程第二層次人選；重慶市植物學(xué)學(xué)科學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人.

主要研究領(lǐng)域與方向：

1. 分子微生物學(xué)：主要通過蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)、轉(zhuǎn)錄組學(xué)及代謝組學(xué)等研究病原微生物致病的分子基礎(chǔ)。

2. 植物與病原物相互作用的分子機理：通過差異蛋白組學(xué)、RNA組學(xué)等探討植物與病原真菌相互作用的分子機制。

3. 植物基因工程：通過篩選分離具有重要價值的蛋白質(zhì)或多肽，進而克隆其編碼基因，并通過轉(zhuǎn)基因植物驗證其功能；探討轉(zhuǎn)基因抗病蟲植物對微環(huán)境的影響等。
