張福明 于1989年4月出生在 黑龍江省大慶市杜爾伯特蒙古族自治縣 1997年-現(xiàn)在 不斷進修學(xué)識 2009年到現(xiàn)在一直在 成都理工大學(xué)廣播影視學(xué)院 攝影系 就讀 在不 斷進修的同時不斷鉆研網(wǎng)絡(luò)開發(fā)以及軟件編程等相關(guān)技術(shù) 并創(chuàng)建了行業(yè)上的領(lǐng)先的網(wǎng)絡(luò)前沿運營模式的網(wǎng)絡(luò)公司。
